Key elements of the position include:

- Maintain the equipment and component registers.
- Control the Work Order and Maintenance Scheduling systems.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Minimum STM or equivalent with 8 (eight) years experience in Maintenance Planning including 3-5 years supervisory role experience in maintenance or heavy equipment activities. (Diploma 3 or S1 in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience in maintenance or heavy equipment activities is preferable)
- Good mechanical knowledge of mining or heavy equipment, supply warehouse procedures and KPC maintenance policy manual.
- General computers skills such as MS Windows, Excel, Word, MS Project and Ellipse.
- Planning, Scheduling and decision making skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

PERSYARATAN UMUM :
A. Sumber Umum;
Batas usia:
Usia minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 22 tahun (lahir antara Agustus 1987 – Agustus 1991) bagi pelamar dengan pendidikan SLTA;
Usia minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 24 tahun (lahir antara Agustus 1985 – Agustus 1991) dengan pendidikan SLTA yang telah memiliki SKP/STKP (Surat Tanda Kecakapan Personil);
Usia maksimal 24 tahun (lahir setelah Agustus 1985) bagi pelamar dengan pendidikan D2,;
Usia maksimal 28 tahun (lahir setelah Agustus 1981) bagi pelamar dengan pendidikan D3/S1.
Belum menikah yang dinyatakan oleh pejabat yang berwenang, serendah-rendahnya oleh Lurah;
IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4) bagi pelamar tingkat D2, D3 / S1;
Rata-rata nilai di STTB atau nilai Ujian Akhir Nasional adalah 7 bagi pelamar tingkat SLTA;
Berbadan sehat yang dinyatakan oleh Surat Dokter dan tidak berkacamata/contact lens untuk fungsi PAM, PKP-PK, ATS dan AMC;
Berkelakuan baik yang dinyatakan oleh Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian;
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah kerja PT AP II;
Mengikuti seluruh tahapan seleksi.

Merupakan karyawan dari perusahaan outsourcing di lingkungan PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero)/PT AP II;
Usia minimal 18 tahun maksimal 35 tahun (lahir antara Agustus 1991 – Agustus 1974);
IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4) bagi pelamar tingkat D3/S1;

KETENTUAN LAIN :
Untuk semua posisi, kecuali Pelaksana Pengamanan Bandara (AVSEC) dan Pertolongan Kecelakaan Penerbangan – Pemadam Kebakaran (PKP-PK) dengan lokasi seleksi KCU Bandara Soekarno-Hatta , aplikasi lamaran hanya melalui on-line . Tidak ada jalur lain yang digunakan untuk pengiriman lamaran
Untuk posisi Pelaksana Pengamanan Bandara (AVSEC) dan Pertolongan Kecelakaan Penerbangan – Pemadam Kebakaran (PKP-PK) dengan lokasi seleksi KCU Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, penerimaan lamaran menggunakan 2 (dua) jalur, yaitu secara online ATAU pendaftaran langsung . Pelamar hanya boleh menggunakan salah satu jalur pengiriman lamaran. Pendaftaran langsung dilakukan di Gedung Community Center Bandara Soekarno Hatta Pintu M1 mulai tanggal 18 Agustus 2009 – 22 Agustus 2009 pukul 09.00 – 17.00 WIB. Pelamar yang memilih menggunakan jalur pendaftaran langsung harus membawa semua dokumen yang dipersyaratkan (tercantum pada point Penting Untuk Dipersiapkan).
Bagi Pelamar yang pernah mengirimkan lamaran ke PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) diwajibkan memperbaharui lamaran dengan tatacara ini.
Pelamar wajib memiliki alamat e-mail pribadi yang masih aktif untuk dapat mengikuti proses seleksi ini. Kami tidak melayani alamat e-mail yang salah input oleh pelamar.
Setelah mengisi formulir aplikasi dan mengirimkannya kembali secara on-line , pelamar akan mendapat konfirmasi registrasi . Konfirmasi tersebut berisi nomor registrasi yang akan digunakan selama proses seleksi. Anda tidak dapat menerima e-mail registrasi apabila alamat e-mail yang anda input salah dan atau sudah tidak aktif, sehingga anda tidak bisa log-in untuk pengumuman selanjutnya.
Pelamar hanya diperkenankan melakukan satu kali registrasi on-line. Untuk itu pastikan Anda telah menuliskan semua data dengan benar, sebelum menekan tombol KIRIM . Kami tidak melayani perbaikan data yang salah input oleh pelamar.

TAX STAFF

Responsibilities

- Prepares tax returns (business and personal) as assigned by supervisors.
- Prepares working trial balance, adjusting journal entries and tax accruals for stand-alone tax returns.
- Prepares and reconciles account schedules as required.
- Completes tax returns for some financial statement related returns
- Performs light research projects in the area of taxation, including payroll and sales tax.
- Begins to prepare more complicated business tax returns including consolidated and multi-state.
- Communicates with clients regarding information needed or clarification of issues.
- Is aware of budgets on engagements and has the ability to work with supervisors on keeping within those budgets.

Your main responsibilities & duties include :

- Direct, coordinate, and monitor all accounting activities (i.e. petty cash, journal entries, etc), ensure all revenues and expenditures are appropriately recorded and posted along with appropriate supported transaction documents (i.e. receipts, etc), in a timely manner, in order to minimize errors and to support financial reporting activity.
- Coordinate and monitor accounting closing activities, to ensure that the financial books are closed timely and correctly by reconciling and consolidating properly, so as to generate regular financial & accounting reports for management in compliance with the company’s policy and the accounting principles.
- Analyze company’s monthly financial, accounting & tax reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management, headquarter and other relevant party timely and accurately.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
- Ensure the monthly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.


The preferred candidate must has the following qualifications:

- Male/ Female, 30 - 40 years old
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in accounting from reputable university
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in related field with the last 3 years in a management position
- Good knowledge and skills in the use of accounting (book keeping) software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and/or word processing required
- Strong background and knowledge in tax regulations
- Good interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills
- High level of accountability and responsibility, strong analytical & strategic thinking

TAX STAFF

Responsibilities

- Prepares tax returns (business and personal) as assigned by supervisors.
- Prepares working trial balance, adjusting journal entries and tax accruals for stand-alone tax returns.
- Prepares and reconciles account schedules as required.
- Completes tax returns for some financial statement related returns
- Performs light research projects in the area of taxation, including payroll and sales tax.
- Begins to prepare more complicated business tax returns including consolidated and multi-state.
- Communicates with clients regarding information needed or clarification of issues.
- Is aware of budgets on engagements and has the ability to work with supervisors on keeping within those budgets.

Qualification

- Male or Female Max 35 Years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree in accounting
- Minimum 3 Years experiences in the same position
- Deep knowledge in Tax Procedure
- Ability to perform under time-pressures and meet deadlines
